With the arrival of 30th November regulations, we have brief update on our health & safety procedures

Our utmost priority is to keep our team and customers safe. In order to do so, we will continue to uphold all our safety procedures, even after the easing of restrictions. We're still committed to not only ensuring the highest possible levels of safety, but also maintaining our continued care and service to our customers whom we proudly serve.

We would like to highlight:

  • We kindly ask all our guests to follow the government guidelines, especially when it comes to self-isolating and track & trace.
  • It is mandatory to wear a face covering when visiting us (unless exempt). Our team (unless exempt) will do so too.
  • We will stand at a greater distance from our customers and minimise close contact where possible and we will also be keeping our plastic screen protectors in place.
  • As always, our showroom maintains the highest possible level of hygiene and are cleaned regularly and meticulously with sanitisers. We have hand sanitiser dotted around the showroom, and we kindly ask you to use these as much as possible during your time with us.
  • All vehicles in our showrooms are being cleaned and disinfected after every viewing by a customer, particularly the key surfaces on the exterior and inside the cabin.
  • In the showroom, reading materials will not be available and seating has been arranged to accommodate a safe distance between staff and customers.
  • Cars that have been serviced in our workshops are being sanitised and marked as clean before they’re handed back to customers.

Can I visit your showroom?

Our showroom is open, and full social distancing measures and hand sanitisation stations will remain in place throughout the dealership.

Do I need to wear a mask when I visit you?

Yes, to help keep our customers and staff safe we ask that you wear a face mask or suitable face covering when you visit us, unless you're exempt.

Can I still buy a car contactlessly?

Yes, our Sales team can still complete the purchase with you over the phone or online. Once complete, you can then safely collect your car from our car park via our Click & Collect service.

Is Service still open?

Our Service Department remains fully operational and is available to customers by appointment only with all of the necessary measures in place to keep you and our team safe.

My MOT is due, can I book my vehicle in?

Yes, you can book your MOT as normal.

Can I purchase parts for my vehicle?

Yes, our Parts Department remains fully operational. To order a part, please call us on the number listed above.
