Front.
The pure volume of the body makes an elegant first impression, while intricately designed accents add depth and dimension together with the Parametric Pixels in the LED light signature.
Side.
The side silhouette is defined by a smooth, single curved roof line, creating a streamlined aerodynamic architecture that boasts a low drag coefficient of just 0.259 Cd1.
Rear.
Reminiscent of a boat tail, the rear continues the theme of pixel-fused seamlessness while the streamlined roofline and rising lower line harmonise to give the silhouette a sleek, dynamic flair.

Personalise your look. You can choose from a stylish range of 19", 20", and 21" black alloy wheels that harmonise perfectly with IONIQ 9’s dynamically elegant design.

The slidable Universal Island 2.0 console provides an impressive level of storage and delivers a walk-through front-row seating arrangement, enhancing accessibility and convenience. The bidirectional armrests can be opened from the front and rear allowing easy access to the console from the second row.
Innovative electric vehicle technology.
Combining performance with innovative electric vehicle technology – this large SUV delivers a driving range of up to 385 miles3. The Long-Range RWD model is powered by a 160 kW rear motor, the Long-Range AWD alternative with a 70 kW front motor and 160 kW rear motor. The Performance AWD version is equipped with 160 kW motors front and rear.

IONIQ 9 is expected to achieve an outstanding all-electric range of 385 miles3 in the Ultimate 218PS version with rear-wheel drive and 20" wheels (WLTP).

Get ready for ultra-fast charging. IONIQ 9’s 800V battery system supports charging at up to 350 kW at DC ultra-fast charging stations4.
Hyundai AI Assistant.
IONIQ 9 features Hyundai AI Assistant, an AI-enabled voice recognition system similar to a home virtual assistant. It utilises generative AI from ChatGPT to enhance your driving experience.
Active road noise cancellation.
Engineered for excellent road noise performance, IONIQ 9 also features Active Noise Control-Road – in combination with the BOSE® premium sound system.
Cutting-edge technology for more comfort.
With its wide array of high-tech convenience features, IONIQ 9 is redefining mobility. Its innovative V2L function helps support an electric mobility lifestyle – allowing you to freely use or charge any electric devices, like electric bicycles, scooters or camping equipment – while on the move or on location. The V2L outlet in the cargo area allows users to power and charge electrical devices and appliances via a standard power outlet using the EV’s battery.
Features on Demand (FoD).
Hyundai introduces its Features on Demand service, enabling drivers to personalise their vehicles with innovative digital upgrades such as Dynamic Welcome and Escort Light silhouettes and an Entertainment Package including video streaming, and Wi-Fi hotspot.
Digital Side Mirrors.
Get a clear view of what's happening on both sides of the vehicle – even in bad weather. The side views are projected via monitors seamlessly integrated into the cockpit on the door panels2.
Remote Smart Parking Assist 2.
IONIQ 9 can remotely park itself with you standing outside the car. It can park diagonally and perpendicularly, parallel park, as well as back into and drive forward out of a parking spot2.
Highway Driving Assist 2.
Highway Driving Assist 2 is Level 2 autonomous driving, which automatically controls speed and distance and assists you when changing lanes.
