Sales Executive - Corkills Hyundai Northwich

Do you have current experience in car dealership sales? Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Looking for an exciting career in automotive sales?

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic and customer-focused team at our Northwich Hyundai site. The main focus of the role is to sell cars and related financial products. You will be the face and the voice of our business, welcoming, advising and supporting prospective customers through their car purchase with us.

You will be a product expert who can comfortably hold in depth discussions and negotiations, providing information and advice on our cars and finance products, and will be required to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring FCA compliance throughout.

You will enjoy the relationship built with your customers, many of which return year on year with family members/friends and build up your reputation and earnings.

A UK driving licence is required, with no more than 3 points, as well as at least 1 years’ experience in car sales.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000+ per year OTE

Level 3 Technician - Corkills Hyundai Northwich

Responsibilities:

  • Use your technical knowledge and skills
  • Work independently in a busy, active environment. Interpret and implement technical information
  • Carry out repairs to safety/MOT/Manufacturer/Warranty standards
  • Diagnose faults and have excellent working methods and standards
  • Report faults and service requirements
  • Obtain appropriate authorisation if additional work is required on a vehicle
  • Undertake vehicle road testing for diagnosis and to test completed repairs
  • Servicing. Repairs. Fitting of accessories and PDI’s on new and used vehicles
  • Be open to try new methods of work designed to improve efficiency
  • Apply learning and experience when diagnosing faults
  • believe in the “Fixed first time” approach

Requirements:

  • Possess good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information accurately and concisely
  • Honest with high levels of integrity
  • Team player- assist other technicians when workshop is under pressure.
  • Thorough and able to work with defined processes and guidelines
  • Committed to the development and improvement of your technical knowledge and skills
  • Full driving license
  • Minimum 4 year’s experience working within a workshop environment with a strong knowledge of routine servicing and mechanical repairs
  • MOT accreditation or the willingness to become MOT accredited
