Sales Executive (Corkills Hyundai Northwich)

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding customer service? Do you love cars and want to build a rewarding career in automotive sales, regardless of your previous experience?

We’re looking for friendly, motivated Sales Executives to join our customer-focused team. Whether you’re experienced in car sales or simply have a talent for building relationships and guiding people to the right choices, we want to hear from you.

Full-time and part-time roles are available for the right candidates.

What you’ll do

• Guide, don’t push: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and help them find the car and finance options that genuinely suit them.
• Build Trust: Be the welcoming face and voice of our business, supporting customers throughout their car-buying journey.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every interaction is professional, friendly, and fully FCA compliant, your integrity and care set you apart.
• Foster Long-Term Relationships: Many of our customers return year after year, often bringing friends and family. You’ll take pride in making a real, positive difference.
• Become a Product Expert: We’ll provide all the training you need to confidently discuss our vehicles and finance products.

What we’re looking for

• People-first attitude: A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
• Communication skills: Friendly, clear, and confident, able to put customers at ease.
• Willingness to Learn: No previous car sales experience required; just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll support your development.
• Licence: Full UK driving licence (max 3 points).
• Flexibility: Both full-time and part-time roles are available to fit the right person.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000+ per year OTE
