The Corkills Motor Group success story started in 1991 when Adrian Kermode returned to the Island to purchase the business with the aid of the VW sponsored dealer program.

Corkills Motorsport

The name Corkills has been associated with Rallying for decades, from original owner Bert Corkill and then son Ian, who competed very successfully on the international scene during the late 70s and all through the 80s. Also many members of the Corkills staff are or have been involved in some way with motorsport.

Managing Director Adrian Kermode who bought the business from Ian in 1991 has himself been competing in motor sport for over 20 years, winning outright many rallies, races, and hill climbs. He is currently the Irish Historic Tarmac Champion.
